We live just down the street from this restaurant (moved here in June, 2024). It was the first place we ate at, and we love it. They have two pages of gluten-free food, which is awesome. They're knowledgeable about dairy and peanut allergies, as well. My husband only has nut allergies. We both love this place. The vegetable dumplings are delicious (I like them better without the dipping sauce). So far I've had the Bangkok Peanut Duck, and the Chicken Satay. They were both outstanding. My husband loves the pad thai. We will surely go back. They're closed Mondays, and sometimes they're not open for lunch. They're pretty expensive, too, especially if you drink beer or wine with your food. The food is worth it, though.
Average. I didn't really like my meal. I don't even remember what I had at this point. I wouldn't go back because I wasn't wowed but might be worth trying for you.
It's delicious thai. And...they have a dedicated Gluten Free menu! So you know exactly what you can order if you are Gluten Free like me! Honestly, I can't understand why more people aren't at this restaurant, it's amazing! Small amount of seating inside which is nice and friendly and great take out as well. Gluten Free for the win! Port Thai yay!
Happened to be in the area and decided to stop here with my family. It's a small restaurant inside but the decor was cute. The portion size of all the food was perfect and you'll leave satisfied. We started with the chicken wings and spring rolls. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside while not being greasy. The spring rolls had a perfect crunch and the chili sauce it comes with was delicious. The fresh ginger chicken was flavorful and the ginger flavor wasn't overpowering. The red curry with chicken was amazing. It was extremely flavorful and had good ratios of veggies to meat to curry. The Thai fried rice with chicken was classic and flavorful. The portion was enough for two people. I also paired my curry with the fried rice and loved the combination. Overall an excellent Thai spot tucked away in Port Washington. 10/10 will definitely be back again when I'm in the area.
Friendly, efficient staff. Sumptuous food with wide selection. Gives ' discount ' for cash purchases. Eat in has a quiet somber atmosphere.
Food is so delicious, that my girlfriend and I ate here 3 times this past week! She is a picky eater as well so this says a lot!
